These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Koboi89 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). These Terms govern your use of the Koboi89 website, mobile application, and all related services we provide.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) Koboi89 account only. This includes accounts that are currently active, suspended, or previously closed. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — is strictly prohibited and will result in the freezing of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any winnings and balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Koboi89 reserves the right to request identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal or when an account exceeds certain transaction thresholds. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad and proof of the payment method used.

8.1 Account Closure Procedure by Member

8.2 Inactive Accounts
